![]() A New Boys & Girls Club Initiative What is Kidstock? Kidstock is a Club program that provides youth in the area an opportunity to attend the Boys & Girls Club, while also providing individuals in the community a cost effective way to develop a personal investment in the Club. Kidstock also provides community members an opportunity to give to Kidstock in a number of ways, including donating directly to the program online or by mail or by fundraising for Kidstock on Firstgiving. Kidstock never decreases in value, guarantees a big return and is a strong investment that truly makes a difference in the city that you live! Also, it's the only stock that allows you to control its return on investment, as investors have the option to renew their stock annually. Who does Kidstock benefit? Kidstock directly benefits youth at the Club! Currently there are over 3,500 members enrolled and half of these members fall into an income bracket that qualifies them for Club assistance, meaning the Boys & Girls Club provides these children with member scholarship. Even though it only costs a child $25 a year to become a member, it costs the Club $575 to put each member through quality programming and provide them with nutritional meals and snacks. Kidstock proceeds will assist the Club with this cost and provide kids, who need it most, a safe place to go after school and in the summer! The Club hopes that Kidstock will provide each child that requires Club assistance a membership scholarship - a $43,750 goal! How much does Kidstock cost? One share of Kidstock only costs $25 and provides a scholarship for one child to attend the Club for an entire year! That scholarship will allow Club members to participate in nationally recognized character building programs and make life long friends at the Club. Investors also have the opportunity to purchase multiple shares of Kidstock, resulting in a greater impact at the Club and a greater return on investment. What do I get for my stock purchase? You will receive a one-of-a-kind stock certificate from the Boys & Girls Club that states you support the Club's annual membership of youth and the programs at the Club. You will also receive updates that show how your stock has appreciated over time and the specific ways you have changed the lives of kids. The more shares purchased, the greater impact your investment has on youth at the Club! Why should I become an investor? Your stock has a return on investment bigger than any other asset in the national stock market. Annual investors of Kidstock support enrollment fees and programming opportunities at the Club, resulting in a positive impact on the lives of thousands of youth. Stockholders can expect the dividends on their investment to be paid through the holder's lifetime in the form of a safer, more secure community, where kids can thrive. Kidstock offers academic and character building programs creating greater citizenship and healthier lives, resulting in an inspired generation that will lift the community and improve the world! How do I give to Kidstock? Please consider supporting a local youth and help the Club fundraise for Kidstock. Giving to Kidstock can be done in three different ways: 1. Donate directly to Kidstock online 2. Mail a check or cash to the Boys & Girls Club directly 3.
